Key West Butterfly and Nature Conservatory

It was a little gloomy today so what better way to spend the day but inside with the beautiful butterflies, quail, birds and flowers. Very nice place to see such beauty. I couldn't put just a few pictures on here so I decided on a slide show. Afterwards we went to Benihani to eat a good Japanese dinner and good it was.

Very cool pix and I "wanna" see this!! Is this the Butterfly Sanctuary? I think I remember walking past it during a trip but we didn't stop. Love the pix of each of you on the giant butterfly! Keep the stories and pix coming!

P.S.!!! I clicked on your pix and watched in Picasa. Loved the last shot with the active butterfly actually flying around!! Don't know how you did it, but that was cool.

OMG so many beautiful pics, I don't think I could have chosen just a few, either! Thanks for sharing with us.

OMG You captured some great shots of the flowers, birds and butterflies. Amazing. Many are definitely frame-worthy.

Waking up in rainy, dreary TN and seeing these FL photos make me homesick.
